We are seeking users to try out the service in return for feedback and suggestions. This release is a Beta Release which means it is a limited version for testing. MobileTrainer is a Progressive, Fitness Training Service that is available for any web enabled device or PC. The system develops a Personalized, Evolving Exercise Routine that works whether or not you have fitness equipment and you don’t even have to have a gym to use MobileTrainer, use it at home or in the office. No other application out on the market even comes close to what MobileTrainer does. The database consists of over 1,100 exercises according to the users Exercise Skill Level and Equipment Available (Currently over 100 Different Types of Equipment) which are used in over 40,000 different Workout Scenarios. The database contains over 100 different Exercise Routines used in nearly 1,400 Unique Exercise Programs.

MobileTrainer is a patent pending product conceptualized by Jeff Johnson, a personal fitness instructor and college graduate of Oklahoma State University in Business Management. MobileTrainer was designed to help consumers attain a convenient, low cost alternative to the conventional personal fitness instructor. With MobileTrainer, weight settings, repetitions, and rate of perceived exertion of exercises performed during workouts will be monitored and evaluated so that the user’s workouts will evolve as the user’s fitness progresses. The fitness programs designed by MobileTrainer can be displayed on any mobile device, PC, or printed on paper showing start, stop, and alternative images demonstrating proper form and technique along with textual instruction.

In a future release, the consumer will have access to food journals and online communities to help them succeed. The user will have the ability to purchase pre-designed workouts to be downloaded to their Personal Media Devices or stored in an exercise library on the user’s MobileTrainer home page for viewing over the internet. The user’s resistance, nutrition, flexibility, and cardio program will be individually developed and Progressed according to the consumers daily input. An extensive library of over a thousand exercises in the Database will then be used to develop programs specific to the selected Fitness Goal, Skill Level, Equipment Available, Days of the Week to workout, and Target Areas. Other features of this system will provide Accountability and Support Groups for the members as well as Reward Incentives for Adherence to the program.
